Every ZENIUS atmospheric water generator is certified to international standards. Below is a complete list of certifications our products carry, with downloadable test reports and compliance documents.

Quality & Manufacturing Certifications

ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System

Our manufacturing facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015, the globally recognized standard for quality management. This certification covers every step from supplier qualification to pre-shipment testing.

CE — European Conformity

All ZENIUS AWG systems sold in the EU carry the CE mark, certifying compliance with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive, and RoHS Directive.

FCC — US Federal Communications Commission

For US-bound AWG systems with electronic controls, ZENIUS products meet FCC Part 15 Class B requirements for electromagnetic interference.

RoHS — Restriction of Hazardous Substances

All ZENIUS AWG products are compliant with the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendments, restricting lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and certain phthalates.

Regional Approvals

SASO — Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization

For Saudi Arabian customers, ZENIUS AWG systems are registered through the SABER platform and meet SASO IEC 60335 (household electrical safety) requirements. SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) approval is supported for water-contact equipment.

Water Quality Standards

ZENIUS AWG systems produce water meeting the WHO Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality (4th edition). Independent third-party laboratory tests are available on request for:

  • Total Dissolved Solids (TDS)
  • pH (typically 7.5-8.5 after mineral balancing)
  • Microbial count (E. coli, coliforms)
  • Heavy metals (lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium)
  • Chlorine and chloramine residuals
  • Mineral content (calcium, magnesium, potassium)

How to Verify a ZENIUS Certification

  1. Ask your sales contact for the specific certificate number
  2. Request a digital copy of the certificate (PDF)
  3. For SASO/SABER: verify the certificate on the SABER platform
  4. For CE/FCC: the certificate is shipped with every product, in the user manual and a separate compliance folder
