Every ZENIUS atmospheric water generator is certified to international standards — and every water-safety claim is backed by an independent, third-party test report you can request and verify. Below is a complete list of certifications our products carry, with downloadable test reports and compliance documents.

Water Quality — Independently Tested, Not Just Claimed

Water safety is the one claim we never ask you to take on faith. ZENIUS platforms are tested by SGS, the world’s leading inspection and certification body, against the WHO Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality (2017) — with every parameter passing.

SGS Water-Test Report — 40L Platform (SGS Singapore, 2026)

Tested by SGS Singapore against WHO drinking-water guidelines. All parameters passed, including microbial and chemical safety:

  • E. coli: <1 cfu/100mL (WHO limit: <1) — Pass
  • Turbidity: 0.45 NTU (WHO limit: 5) — Pass
  • Nitrate: <0.1 mg/L (WHO limit: 50) — Pass
  • Fluoride: <0.1 mg/L (WHO limit: 1.5) — Pass
  • Copper: <0.01 mg/L (WHO limit: 2) — Pass
  • Total Dissolved Solids: 34 mg/L — clean, great-tasting water
  • pH: 7.0

SGS Water-Test Report — 20L Platform (SGS, 2026)

A 28-parameter independent panel. Critically, all five regulated heavy metals are Not Detected:

  • Arsenic — Not Detected

Quality & Manufacturing Certifications

ISO 9001:2015 — Quality Management System

Our manufacturing facility is certified to ISO 9001:2015, the globally recognized standard for quality management. This certification covers every step from supplier qualification to pre-shipment testing.

CE — European Conformity

All ZENIUS AWG systems sold in the EU carry the CE mark, certifying compliance with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive, and RoHS Directive.

CB Scheme — IECEE International Certification

ZENIUS platforms hold a CB Test Certificate under the IECEE CB Scheme, issued by LCIE (France) — mutually recognized across 50+ member countries, simplifying import approval in regulated markets worldwide.

FCC — US Federal Communications Commission

For US-bound AWG systems with electronic controls, ZENIUS products meet FCC Part 15 Class B requirements for electromagnetic interference.

RoHS — Restriction of Hazardous Substances

All ZENIUS AWG products are compliant with the EU RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and its amendments, restricting lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, and certain phthalates.

Regional Approvals

SASO — Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization

For Saudi Arabian customers, ZENIUS AWG systems are registered through the SABER platform and meet SASO IEC 60335 (household electrical safety) requirements. SFDA (Saudi Food and Drug Authority) approval is supported for water-contact equipment.

Dubai Central Laboratory — GCC Field-Tested

ZENIUS coolers installed in the UAE have been independently tested by the Dubai Central Laboratory (Dubai Municipality), with compliant microbiological and physicochemical results — a real-world track record in the Gulf market that goes back years.

How to Verify a ZENIUS Certification

  1. Ask your sales contact for the specific certificate number
  2. Request a digital copy of the certificate (PDF)
  3. For SASO/SABER: verify the certificate on the SABER platform
  4. For CE/FCC: the certificate is shipped with every product, in the user manual and a separate compliance folder
